This has a great influence on the quality of the film. Before the film is covered, it must be wiped clean with a soft cloth. , bubble, white anti-bottom and other phenomena. In addition, special attention should also be paid to the area of ​​the front side of the printing, and the film cannot be ejected. Otherwise, the die-cutting accuracy will be affected.
3. Hot stamping anodized aluminum. Hot stamping of electro-aluminum is a common process after printing a packaging label. The general requirement of hot stamping is not to paste, not to lick, not to spend, not to lose lead. Damoji printing should pay attention to layout vitrification, otherwise it will affect the quality of hot aluminum. Hot aluminum is good or bad, temperature is the key.
4. Engraving relief. Engraving letterpress is also called embossing. The embossing should pay attention to the following two points: 1 Engraving version should pay attention to the sense of hierarchy, three-dimensional sense, subtle levels and clear lines. 2 When the embossing operation, the plaster mold should reflect all the lines on the original engraving plate.
