Intelligent RFID tags for equipment tamper have been successfully developed

Recently, Avery Dennison and RF Code jointly announced that the two companies have jointly developed Secure Strap radio frequency identification tags for transportation and national security applications.

It is understood that the new product uses RF Code's TAVIS data management platform, using active RFID technology and Avery Dennison's tamper sensor. The SecureStrap tag uses electronic signature technology for tamper monitoring, tracking and positioning of containers and other visible assets. The tag internally installs an active RFID timed positioning device on an optical fiber tamper-sensing fiber optic cable if the security of the cable is compromised. , SecureStrap will send radio signals to display the identification code and tamper indicating signal, and you can use the SecureStrap system's positioning device again by using the encryption restart key.

At present, Avery Dennison also cooperates with the U.S. Security Agency to strengthen national port security through the use of RFID technology to monitor monitoring plans for containers on maritime transport.
