The main reason affecting the appearance of the product is that when the die-cutting processing is performed on the flat-pressing automatic die-cutting machine, it is necessary to break several small-mouthed cutters by the edge of the knife, so as to smoothly pull the die-cut finished product out of the machine. The broken mouth is reflected in the die-cut box is not smooth edges.

The solution is mainly to put the bonding of the carton on the side of the mouth as far as possible in the imposition. After a clever make-up, the appearance of the carton that is shaped by grinding is beautiful.

For two or more products, the printing factory generally uses two methods in the imposition. If the pattern between the two spells can be seamlessly connected, a one-off post-printing method should be used as far as possible, and no gaps should be left in the middle, because a one-knife approach can save paper and can also save the application of making die patterns. It is beneficial to die-cutting after die-cutting. But if the pattern between the two spells cannot be seamlessly connected. Or by the limitations of the two product shapes, can not be achieved across the board, then between the two products generally have to leave at least 4mm wide row knife position, and each product should have at least 2mm pattern bleeding.
