Nano-material composite PVC come out

The use of nano-composite polyvinyl chloride (PVC) technology was successfully developed by a Taiyuan Chemical Group chemical plant and Hangzhou Warner Chemical Co., Ltd. and passed expert appraisal. Experts believe that this technology has a high starting point and is at the leading domestic level in this field, filling the gap of domestic large-scale industrial nano-PVC. 
The nano-CaCO3 in-situ composite PVC produced by a new in-situ polymerization process of nano calcium carbonate and vinyl chloride monomer greatly improves the performance of the PVC. The product was inspected by the Plastic Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station of the Shanxi Provincial Technical Supervision Bureau in accordance with the relevant national standards. The indicators meet the standard requirements. The tubes and plates made of this nano-material composite PVC were supervised by the plastic products of the Shanxi Provincial Technical Supervision Bureau. Performance test at the inspection station, in which the impact strength of the plate is increased by 2 to 4 times than that of ordinary PVC, the tensile yield strength of the hard nano-PVC pipe is increased by 76.9%, and the resin quality of the foam pipe of the core layer is reduced by 7% to 8 %
