Production of petrol equipment using waste plastics

Based on the same characteristics of plastics and crude oil, Beijing Chilong Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Hengxin Weiye Science & Technology Co., Ltd. conducted long-term research on the topic of atmospheric pressure catalytic pyrolysis of waste plastics to produce gasoline and diesel, and successfully developed a new type of catalyst. The original equipment was completely restructured so that the waste plastic can be cracked under normal pressure after the addition of a new type of catalyst. The oil yield is as high as 90% or more, which greatly reduces the cost and equipment investment. At present, the project has officially passed fire detection. The National Petroleum Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center has tested the unleaded gasoline and diesel produced by the equipment in accordance with the national standard, and all the items examined have met the standards. The mechanical product quality supervision general station also tested the equipment and proved that it fully meets the requirements and permits mass production. For this reason, Beijing Chilong Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Hengxin Weiye Science and Trade Co., Ltd. were accepted as members by the China Energy Conservation Association and the China Environmental Protection Association.
The introduction of new types of waste plastics at atmospheric pressure catalytic pyrolysis to produce gasoline and diesel complete sets of equipment has provided new ways to eliminate white pollution and has had a far-reaching impact on the reuse of a large number of waste plastic packaging in China, and will surely create good social benefits.
