In the past, such a failure was dealt with by placing a stack of cut paper products with a height of about 100-150 mm on the work surface under the platen, and then spending on the paper press. After the gas is “squeezed†out, the operating performance of the pressure reducer can be restored to normal.
However, after the failure of this time, we tried repeatedly according to the above-mentioned old method for a while, and it still had no effect. The previous handling tricks were not working.
As a result, we folded the cover and carefully checked the oil path of the system, and found that the oil storage was insufficient; the tubing joint was exposed outside the reservoir; the joint connection was a bit loose. Obviously, this is due to the continuous operation of the cutter for a long time and frequent operation, which caused loosening of the tubing joint. Because of the looseness, there is a gap at the joint, and it is exposed outside the oil layer. During the action of the pressure device, the back and forth impact of the pressure oil flows, and the gas will inevitably enter through “virtualâ€. Because of the intrusion of gas, the above The failure is inevitable. Based on this, we tightened the tightening of the connections at each connection of the tubing, and adjusted the oil level. Afterwards, following the above-mentioned method, after the start-up operation several times, the fault was eliminated.
