The hose container is referred to as the hose. In the narrow sense, it is defined as a "cylinder container that can be squeezed". It has advantages such as its own storage, shelf life, and ease of carrying, coexisting with other containers. The pipe can be tin, aluminum, synthetic resin and composite materials. Hose is widely used in the packaging of toothpaste, shoe polish, medical ointment, and cosmetic ointment. Its classification is as follows:
Among them, aluminum hoses and polyethylene hoses are the most commonly used. As far as the international market is concerned, due to technological innovation and the continuous advancement of the material industry, hose materials are moving toward multi-layered and composite technologies. People are no longer pursuing the performance of a single material, but have begun to pay attention to the development of multi-functional composite materials. The shape of packaging containers has also begun to develop in the direction of diversification along with the continuous changes in the purpose, use, market demand, circulation costs, energy conservation, waste recycling and other aspects.

First, the type of hose is generally believed that the basic function of the hose container should not be changed. As the hose itself, it should have the functions of containment, stability of the quality of the contents, method of carrying and use, and should be ensured through the diversification of various aspects such as the construction, manufacture, and processing methods of the hose material. .
According to different methods for manufacturing materials for hoses, hose containers can be divided into four categories: metal extrusion hoses, plastic extrusion hoses, laminated composite hoses, and blow-molded hoses, as shown in Table 4-8. Show.

(1) Metal extrusion hose This is an early form of hose container. It is a metal hose formed by metal plastic processing. The use of manual presses to stamp into zinc hoses, followed by the emergence of tin and aluminum hoses, thereby increasing the stability of hose products.
With the rapid development of the petrochemical industry, synthetic resin coatings have been developed. In the era of aluminum hoses as the mainstream, printing, coating and processing technologies have been further improved, and the development of high-performance coatings has been the basis. The scope of application of hose containers has been continuously expanded, so that metal hoses are widely used in the packaging of pharmaceuticals, industrial products including adhesives, decorations, and foods.
(2) Plastic squeezing hoses Due to the shortage of tin metal, the plastics industry began to develop and plastic squeezing hoses emerged. Single-layer extrusion hoses were used, mainly based on PE and PVC. New technologies for multi-layer extrusion molding such as nylon and vinylidene chloride have been recently developed. The performance of single-layer hoses has been improved, resulting in improved barrier properties and fragrance retention, thereby expanding plastics. The scope of application of the hose.
(3) Laminated composite hoses Since these hoses have the dual properties of metal extrusion hoses and plastic extrusion hoses, they have doubled their effectiveness. It uses new composite processing technology, uses new materials, and is widely used in toothpaste containers. By the 1960s, Japanese toothpaste began to use composite hoses. As the market continues to expand, decorative hoses, foods, and pharmaceuticals have also been used in combination to promote the further development of composite technology.
(4) Blow-molded hoses Blow-molded hoses, blow-molded bottles with extrudable properties, mainly PE, PVC single-layer blow-molded hoses. Later, with the development of multi-layer blow molding technology and the development of various materials, the consumption of extruded blow-molded bottle processing technology began to develop towards multi-layered in the 1970s. With the advent of multifunctional resins and the widespread adoption of eval and NY with excellent gas barrier properties, a multi-layer blow-molded extrusion container was formed.
