1. If you are engaged in multi-variety, low-volume carton processing, you can choose ordinary water-based printing presses and four-round chamfering slotting machine, and you can also choose ordinary three-color printing slotting machine.
2. If you are engaged in multi-variety, high-volume carton processing, you should choose high-speed multi-color printing slotting machine.
3. If the processed carton is required to print a color pattern with no burrs around it, a high-quality printing die-cutting machine must be selected.
4. If the processed carton has a general type and a special type, a multi-color printing slotted die-cutting machine can be selected.
5. If the carton processing size is mostly in the range of 2000×1200, and a few are also 2400×1500, the 2000×1200 type machine can be selected. Two pieces of one box processing and skipping feeding technology can be implemented on this machine, and 3000 can be processed. × 1500 carton, this is conducive to saving energy, reducing consumption and improving equipment utilization. If the 2400 × 1500 or more size cartons are processed in large batches, the 2400 × 1500 model should be selected. On this type of machine, a two-piece, one-box and skip-feed process is used to process larger cartons. If you are processing carton boxes of both types, it is best to choose two types of models, so that it is beneficial to play the role of each model.
6. After selecting carton processing equipment, it should pay attention to the performance, function and quality of the equipment.
1) The equipment performance refers to whether the operation is simple, whether the adjustment is convenient and quick, and what is the effect of printing, notching, and indentation. At present, most printers in the market do not have automatic adjustment and zero-setting devices for color printing, and it takes a long time to align the registration positions and waste a lot of cardboard. When slotting and adjusting knife, because the common type is the upper and lower slotting knife and the upper and lower pressure line wheel, it needs one adjustment, and lacks the linkage adjustment knife function. This type of machine will gradually be automatically zeroed to adjust the phase and linkage adjustment. The knife function model is replaced.
2) The equipment quality is very critical. In recent years, the carton machinery has developed rapidly. The market competition is fierce, especially the price competition. Therefore, many inferior products have also appeared. The quality of processing equipment after the identification of cartons should start from the following aspects:
1. The rigidity and strength of the machine. The rigidity and strength of the machine depend on two types of accessories: 1 Thickness of the wall plate 2 Thickness of each roller and shaft. When the tester is turned on at a high speed, check whether the movement is stable and whether the noise is appropriate.
2. The accuracy of the machine. When viewing the test machine, the color error should be ±0.5mm, and the slotting error should be ±1mm.
3. The printing effect of the machine. The printing effect is determined by five factors: machine accuracy, printing plate, ink, cardboard, and adjustment operations. However, the machine accuracy is the first factor. If you do not have the above five elements, you can test the situation of the anilox roller. The ink of the anilox roller should be very even on a very thin layer of ink. Also check whether the machine has ink automatically. The cycle function, that is, once the machine is temporarily shut down, the anilox roller should be lifted automatically, and the roller that is not stopped will rotate with the roller to reach the cycle that the ink does not stop, so that the ink does not dry on the anilox roller.
4. The durability of the machine. The durability of the machine depends on the material and surface treatment. The alloy steel parts cannot be replaced by ordinary steel. The ordinary steel parts cannot be replaced by castings, and the casting parts cannot be replaced by steel. The quenched parts of the heat treatment must be quenched. This must be understood clearly. Exposed parts, shafts and rollers shall be plated with hard chrome. All operating parts shall be plated with zinc and chromium. Standard parts shall be blue or galvanized. Other parts shall be painted. No exposed parts shall not be used. Rust measures, ink quality should also be particular about.
In short, no matter which model you choose, you should have durability, reliability, better printing, slotting, and indentation. Printed graphics are clear, no burrs are made, dents are clear, cardboard is not cracked, and colors and grooves are cut. High precision, easy operation and maintenance, various models should also have automatic paper feeding, automatic ink circulation and cleaning, automatic phase adjustment or manual zero trimming, slotting, indentation, automatic or manual linkage adjustment, to achieve faster conversion products, No extra waste. At present, there are not many domestic manufacturers that can meet the above requirements. Most of the common models do not have the above requirements. It is recommended that carton machinery manufacturers should increase the above functions when designing and making models, such as on ordinary models.
