The customer is responsible for preparing all installation conditions (electricity, condensate, humidity water, compressed air, liquid nitrogen, drain lines, etc.). Some devices may also require additional connectivity. The vibrating table may require a vacuum line. Please also refer to the manual for specific requirements.
The walk-in type requires very high level of ground leveling, every 1/8". The library board needs to be placed near the installation site for quick installation.
Large spare parts need to be in place, including vibration tables, etc.
Test box specific problem
In general, the minimum differential pressure of the inlet and outlet of the test chamber is 85 °F. Refer to the manual for specific requirements. Check the water pressure difference when the test chamber is running (the flow meter is not enough). At the same time, check the water ingress problem. During the installation of the water system, the inlet and outlet fittings ensure that the diameter tube is vertical and downsized to avoid potential problems.
There are several ways to reduce the mineral content of water, such as reverse osmosis water, distilled water, deionized water. Either way, the humidity water range is megaohm-cm. Specific requirements reference manual
Due to the different design of the test chamber, the set point and the slope are different, it is impossible to give you a specific statement. Generally speaking, the compressor of the high-temperature compressor bipolar refrigeration system has a displacement of 15,000 BTU/hour.
Generally this is not necessary unless the product load varies greatly. Considering the service life of the test chamber, it is recommended not to modify the settings inside.
