1 core board preparation

(1) Core material: This project mainly uses artificial fast-growing fir small diameter timber. (2) Core board requirements: The core board thickness accounts for 60% to 80% of the total thickness of the blockboard, and the thickness requirements are the same. The fir core strips that are assembled into core sheets are generally suitable for wood strips with a thickness-to-width ratio of 1:1 5 to 2, and the thickness tolerance of the core strips is required to be ±0.2 mm, so as to avoid warping deformation and board surface after the rubber sheeting. Not flat. The core strip must be dried to a moisture content of 6% to 12%.

(3) Manufacture of core strip: This project adopts the acquisition of fir board square material or the acquisition of logs by itself to prepare materials by configuring several band saw machines and cutting circular saws. The fir board of the acquired or finished material is first stacked and naturally dried in the yard, dried to a moisture content of about 30%, and then sent to a wood drying kiln for artificial drying. In order to save energy and improve the utilization of wood waste, the artificial drying kiln intends to indirectly heat the wood drying kiln by using wood-burning furnace gas. The kiln dry cycle is 5-6d.

(4) The glue and planing of the core board (sand) light: There are two methods for the core board of the fir core to be combined into a core board. One is to glue the lateral side of the core strip into a core board of a certain size and then proceed. The surface is planed or sanded to make the thickness of the core board uniform. The thickness tolerance of the joinery core board is required to be ±0.2mm, the curvature of the width should not exceed 2mm, the moisture content is below 12%, and there are no serious material defects to ensure the quality of the blockboard. The other is that the core strips are not pre-bonded and directly arranged into core sheets. The core board can be a machine-stacking (splitting machine) or a hand-stitching glue-stacking process.
