This results in spaces that are luxurious, practical, and unique, enriched by the revival of ancient arts and crafts . The competition is divided into four categories: Commercial , Hospitality , Residential , and Students . Commercial
ASYA by PTang Studio Limited
Located in Jakarta, Indonesia, ASYA is a family-oriented and warm-hearted development centered around the concept of family ancestry. The family tree serves as a physical representation, with various architectural elements flowing through the space as lighting and partition features. The spaces are structured with interconnected components, warm lighting, and soft textures, echoing the warmth and sentiment within the areas.
These physical details create a comfortable environment, emphasizing a sense of familial protection and nurturing. Open and enclosed spaces are balanced without making the space feel cramped. The Reception sculpture is an abstract representation of a tree, symbolizing lineage.
Hospitality
Ascott Marunouchi Tokyo Japan by The Ascott Limited
Designed to offer panoramic views of the city skyline, Ascott Marunouchi Tokyo embodies both a literal and figurative lens through which guests can experience the dynamic movement and vibrancy of Japan’s bustling capital. Drawing inspiration from the harmonious blend of modernization and local cultural charm, the design integrates minimalist principles with luxurious modern touches. Trees, blossoms, and water motifs, symbols of Japanese Zen philosophy, adorn the walls and ceilings, while linear elements reflect the surrounding high-rise architecture. Disparate elements are skillfully combined to create a serene oasis amidst urban hustle.
The experience begins at the entrance, transitioning from the bustling street into a warm and inviting ground-floor foyer bathed in shades of brown, bronze, and soft gold. Moving upward in the lift, panels of brown and bubble-filled blue glass evoke a sense of fluid motion. Lighting shifts subtly from blue to white, signaling movement as guests arrive at the 22nd-floor sky lobby. The double-height lobby opens up to a breathtaking city view framed by lush greenery, with a refreshing jasmine and tangerine aroma filling the air.
Subtle changes in color and imagery on each floor evoke the four seasons: Spring on the 23rd and 24th floors, Summer on the 25th and 26th, Autumn on the 27th and 28th, and Winter on the top floor. This attention to detail creates an immersive and memorable guest experience deeply rooted in Japanese culture.

Residential
2GETHER Club House by PTang Studio Limited
2GETHER is a luxury residential development located along the south coast of Tuen Mun, offering stunning panoramic sea views of five bays. Convenient transportation links include the Light Rail and Ferry Port nearby. The location and architecture make this development an ideal choice for fashionable young professionals. The interior design draws inspiration from the area’s active suburban vibe, creating a stylish and dynamic living space.
The lobby interior styling emphasizes light, structure, and earthy neutral tones, punctuated by vibrant splashes of color to reflect the concept of crisp natural living within a contemporary atmosphere. Geometric and abstract shapes among the vertical structures continue the forest canopy look, softening the expansive lobby space for a comfortable yet cutting-edge feel.
The communal areas are thoughtfully designed to encourage tenants to see them as extensions of their own private homes, fostering a sense of community pride and ownership. The multi-functional living and dining area is arranged in an open space layout, with no solid partitions. A large glass wine display case allows residents to enjoy the social space for gatherings ranging from communal to intimate events. The materials and visual language draw inspiration from the earthy forest floor, with vertical elements extending upwards.
Students
Dio by N/A
In Dio (God in Italian), my design draws inspiration from modernist architects like Le Corbusier, Mies van der Rohe, and Gio Ponti. Materials such as marble (Lapicida), wood (Talarico Hardwood), metal, and lights are fused together to create a modern luxury space unlike any other. Marble acts as the heart of the design, with veins running through it, creating an intimate relationship between the user and the space.
Exotic materials such as specially figured woods and antique boiserie bring back a lost era of unparalleled beauty. Colored lighting reflects these materials, casting a wide spectrum of colors into the space, allowing users to tailor their mood. Metals and tinted mirrors add mass and volume, expressing divine tones across the spaces. The timeless style of the design reconnects users with joyous moments, creating an intimate connection between the design and its users.
