1. Un-disable the guest user, because someone else wants to access the printer to install the printer is to access the guest account.
Click the [Start] button, right click on [Computer], select [Manage], as shown below:
Find the [Guest] user in the [Computer Management] window that pops up.
Double-click [Guest] to open the [Guest Properties] window, and make sure that the [Account Disabled] option is not checked.
2. Set the shared target printer: Click the [Start] button and select [Devices and Printers] as shown below:
