1.2 If you want to collect serum, generally add 1% of the total volume of anticoagulant. After collection, let stand at room temperature or 4 ℃ for half an hour, 800-1000rmp x 5min separation, take the supernatant, save at -20 ℃ or 4 ℃ spare;
2. The collection method of gastric juice and saliva is generally used now. ELISA kit is generally not easy to collect within half an hour after a meal, because the saliva just after eating is rich in saliva amylase, the best time to collect is fasting ;
3. Tissue extracts such as alveolar lavage fluid, etc., centrifuged after collection, 800-1000rmp x 5min, take the supernatant and store at -20 ℃ or 4 ℃ for future use;
4. The urine collection method is basically the same as saliva, that is, the current collection is used, but generally the urine is not collected overnight;
