Before operation, you should read the instructions carefully and obtain correct measurement results through correct operation. 1. Operation Procedure 1. Check whether the turbidity meter body, the photoreceptor window and the defoamer are clean, whether the water inlet and outlet pipes are smooth, and whether the power supply is qualified. 2. Open the water sample injection valve to keep the water sample at 250-750ml / min to avoid air bubbles in the pipeline. 3. Power supply. 4. Wait until the reading is stable. 5. Perform regular inspection on the instrument in each shift. In the measurement, the two-way optical path of the cuvette must be free of any dirty spots, and there should be no water stains on the two sides and the bottom. When using an old cuvette to hold the sample and add "0" water in the measurement, the sample must be filled with "0" water at the same time to measure the difference between the two sample cups (cylinder difference), and later Make the corresponding correction in the measured value of the sample turbidity. If there are few samples, the same cuvette can be used for zero calibration and sample measurement. This way, no matter the agency reports the old cuvette, it will not be brought into the cylinder. The instrument should be placed horizontally on a balanced table, effectively avoiding direct strong light. 5. There should be no strong vibration source and strong magnetic field interference around the instrument. 6. There should be no obvious dust and corrosive gas in the surrounding air. The measurement is prepared to turn on the power switch on the back of the instrument and warm up for 30 seconds. Use a soft lint-free cloth or paper towel to wipe off the water marks and fingerprints on the sample bottle. Formazin standard solution; (by diluting with accessory 400NTU formazin standard solution) collect a representative sample in a clean container. Care and maintenance of the turbidity meter 1. After using the optical lens in the turbidity meter sample room for a period of time, the surface should be gently wiped clean with a cotton ball and alcohol. 2. The light source is on the left side of the instrument. If the instrument is abnormal, first check the light path, the light source is damaged, and replace the spare bulb. Note that there are two fastening screws on the bulb foot. They must be tightened and installed, and adjusted appropriately. The method is to open the sample chamber cover and insert white paper in the light path; move the lamp holder carefully up, down, left and right. Until the brightest light spot appears on the white paper and the light is evenly distributed, tighten the screws. 3. Regular calibration is recommended to be extended for three months or according to the water quality. After major maintenance and replacement of the bulb, it must be corrected. For the calibration procedure, please refer to the operating instructions. 4. Regular cleaning, including the photoreceptor window, turbidity meter body and defoamer, according to the water quality or actual experience, the user can customize the cleaning procedure, please refer to the operating instructions. 5. The bulb replacement is recommended for one year. 6. Non-professional maintenance technicians, please do not open the instrument for maintenance.
