It is difficult to stick them accurately. The texture of the relief plate is relatively small, and it is easy to be crushed, so the supplier made two positioning holes on the concave and convex plate when making the plate. The mounting plate is fixed at the same position with two positioning pins. It's done by sticking the resin plate on the smooth roller with double-sided tape. It was found that there are many gravure and relief positioning holes that are not in the same position during plate mounting. The best way is to move the relief to a position so that it can be aligned with the intaglio, and just barely paste a set of plates. There were many unclear patterns within two hours of starting up. After stopping, it turned out that the letterpress was damaged. Because the pattern is relatively small, if the paste is not accurate, it is easy to crush the pattern, and you need to change the letterpress.

Combined with the method of sticking the embossed plate, it is necessary to think about how to stick the letterpress plate better, faster and more accurately. First stick the double-sided tape on the resin plate, and then remove the back of the layered paper on the double-sided tape, leaving the front first. In this way, even if the plate is placed on the roller, it will not be stuck. Shaking. Then align the text on the letterpress with the text on the intaglio, gently press the letterpress on the intaglio with your hand, and turn the plate roller at the same time to rotate them to the position where they are simultaneously stressed, take the handle away, and apply appropriate pressure , And then remove all the delamination paper that has not just been removed, and paste the whole version on the metal roller, even if the whole version is pasted. If this is not correct, just look at the situation. For example, the letterpress is too low and needs to be moved up a little. Then lift the version from below and bend it upward to grasp the balance. Then stick it on the roller. Then lift the plate from above, to the position where it just bent below, pull it upward with a little force, and gently stick it on the roller, so it should be no problem. During the second production, according to this method, the plate was not found to be crushed, but there was a new problem: the double-sided adhesive was not resistant to pressure, and the double-sided adhesive under the letterpress was opened for a few hours. It was crushed so that the lines would not be clear. The first thing I thought of was to use white cardboard instead, first remove the double-sided tape under the pattern, then cut the white cardboard into the shape of the piece of double-sided tape removed, and glue the white cardboard to that place with glue, like Just paste the version like that just now.

Posting has been resolved, and then briefly talk about pressure and unevenness. There are three possibilities:

Third, there may be quality problems in the resin version itself. According to the pressure, a suitable thickness of adhesive tape can be affixed to the surface of the resin plate, so that the pressure is not light. But if the pressure is heavy, choose another version.
