[Reporter] First of all, I would like to know, although we are an interview about potential companies, but when it comes to our Marburg wallpaper, it is no stranger to many consumers. It has been in Germany for more than 100 years. So, how long is the time to introduce to China?


[Lu Huanzhen] Mabao wallpaper should be almost 16 years in China this year, but our company represented Mabao Wallpaper. This product started in 2008. The construction of the brand of Marburg in China has also started from 2008. We hope to shape the status of Marburg wallpaper in the country in the country.


[Reporter] In the past three or four years, we have become a well-known brand. What do you think we can achieve such a brand awareness in a short period of time? What is the most important reason?


[Lu Huanzhen] I think it is necessary to return to the essence of the matter. If some brands, no culture, technical content, and leadership in the international market, perhaps say that they will work hard on propaganda and promotion, but for a long time, it is not Tested. We are in the domestic market, although Marburg wallpaper has appeared on the market for less than four years with its own brand, but its quality is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, so we only removed the unnecessary things on the brand within three years, we put it The best side is presented to the consumer. Together with our very good partners in various regions, they also work hard in the good market to make our brand image and provide a complete service. There is also word of mouth is very important, this is what we think is the biggest idea. Consumers agree with our brand, recognize our value, and recognize its aesthetics. I think these constitute a better and better brand for us in China. The sales in the past year have also been seen, which confirms that our efforts have been recognized in the market.


[Reporter] The development of the wallpaper industry in China is actually only a short period of ten years. I would like to invite you to talk about what kind of pattern is the competition in the domestic wallpaper market. Do you feel some characteristics or pressure when entering the market?


[Lu Huanqi] Of course, the current consumer is God, he can decide the success or failure of a brand, the consumer is more and more mature, and his requirements are getting higher and higher, so when we are in business, we are always looking for them. What do you want? But the wallpaper industry we saw, in fact, its entry threshold is very low, I still remember that four or five years ago, there were probably less than 30 domestic wallpaper manufacturing industries, until the end of 2010, according to informal statistics, domestic The production line has reached 400, and some people predict that by the end of 2011, the production line can reach as high as 800. So many companies have changed from more than 20 to more than a thousand wallpaper companies, so we have seen What is it? It seems that many people see this industry as promising. There is a large amount of investment in this industry, which has caused too many resources in the market.


These different companies have different business ideas, but now it is a relatively chaotic time, especially domestic products, one is technology, one is its own corporate culture, and the business is still in a relatively primitive Stage, so we will see some disorderly management and competition, so we are more worried that when some operations are more difficult, some people will use some unfair ways to do business, so we are most worried now. This is the piece, so in the past two years, we have paid great attention to the construction of our brand. We do not want to become victims of some of the problems of some manufacturers in the market. We hope that we will go our own way. It is clear that we want to communicate directly with consumers and consumers can experience our brand.


[Reporter] Please recall that in 2010, the real estate and home furnishing industries were actually developing in a wave of changes, then you can talk about the market performance of Marburg Wallpapers in 2010, compared to 2009. Is there growth? Probably the situation?


[Lu Huanqi] The first one is that we have grown by more than 60% in the work of many partners and company colleagues.


[Reporter] Is it national or Beijing?


[Lu Huanqi] The national average is more than 60%. Of course, there are several factors. The first one is Marburg as an imported high-end and mid-end product. Because of the economic development of various regions in China, our partners can take our Product marketing to places where we have no way to sell before, like some secondary cities, even third-tier cities, then we also saw a lot of highlights in the third-tier cities and secondary cities, which is the first of our sales experience. One.


[Lu Huanyu] We are in the composition of our products. In addition to some of the more popular intermediate products, some of our high-end products are also loved by many consumers, so we are continuing to rise in high-end products. We are very pleased that many consumers can appreciate and have the ability to pay.


[Reporter] You just mentioned this channel, we are getting wider and wider, then we can say how many stores we have in the country now?


[Lu Huanzhen] At the end of 2009, we had nearly 300 statistics. By the end of 2010, we estimated that we have reached 400. Our goal in 2011 is that we hope to reach almost 550. Family.
