Presstek's Aurora thermal-free version for users of screen P, ateRite and Kodak Trendsetter series thermal CTPs complements its existing product line. Aurora is a 100% chemical-free plate that does not require chemical treatment at all. No baking or gluing is required, which saves time and materials, and its resistance to printing forces can reach 50,000 impressions. With a maximum size of 48 inches by 54 inches, the Aurora Plates can reproduce 1% to 99% dots with 200 line/inch screens, and provide excellent ink balance.
