The above several production methods, the common features are the use of ink printing, printing principles and equipment structure is basically the same, but the number of printing color, the number of screen lines and different process equipment. The printing process is affected and constrained by many aspects and factors. Many problems cannot be solved simply by the operator. 1. The size of the slotting knife and vertical pressure line are not accurate, and the printing position is not accurate

Analysis of the reasons: Due to the sizing and pressure lines not being adjusted according to the requirements of the technical drawings, the length or width of the cardboard manufacturing dimensions is deviated, which ultimately affects the printing position.

Solution: First, adjust the size of the slotted or pressed wire according to the manufacturing dimensions of the drawing. The exact position is required. Then, adjust the position of the plate according to the exact size and check the deviation caused by the groove or the pressure roller due to wear.
