Tiko3D, a Canadian startup based in Ontario, made a big splash at the SXSW conference two weeks ago by unveiling a stunning Delta-style 3D printer. The company announced that the machine would be priced at just $179 and was set to launch on Kickstarter soon.

"We could set a higher price, but we want as many people as possible to have a Tiko," the company said in a statement.
