4. When the bed’s tail has a straight design, the leg’s forming end should align correctly with the middle of the bed frame, ensuring that all connecting surfaces are properly positioned.
5. The bed head is generally composed of two bed legs (left and right), an upper head, a bed panel (either a sheet or base), a lower frame, and other components connected using rubber lock fast teeth to form the complete bed head.
6. The bed tail typically consists of two bed legs, an upper head (unless otherwise specified), a bed panel, a lower frame, a bed tail line (commonly used in Western-style beds), and other elements connected via cloth and diagonal locks to form the full bed tail.
7. The upper head is usually attached to the top of the bed using fast teeth (straight nails). Its shape varies according to the customer’s specifications, allowing for customization in design.
8. The bedside piece is placed between the left and right bed heads, beneath the upper head, serving both as a decorative element and a structural connector. It is typically horizontal on the top and vertical on the sides, with woven fabrics secured using straight nails or locking fast teeth.
9. The bed tail piece is located between the left and right bed legs, below the upper head. Like the bedside piece, it connects and decorates the bed, maintaining symmetry and stability through horizontal and vertical construction.
10. The lower frame of the bedside is situated between the two bed legs, providing structural support and reinforcement. It is usually made using finger joints, and minor imperfections are acceptable unless specified otherwise.
11. The bed tail trim line is typically found at the front bottom of the bed or on the bed itself, adding a decorative touch. The shape of the trim line varies depending on the design, often placed on the bed panel with a negative length relative to the inner diameter of the panel. There are two common ways to attach the trim line: 45-degree angle or equal-length join.
12. The position of the iron core or hanging points in the bed must be consistent across both sides, including any foot pads at the bottom end.
