The difference between technical requirements for single-sided and double-sided lamination mainly includes:
(1) The surface temperature of the hot-coated film on the single-sidedly coated metal steel roll is 80 °C ± 2 °C, and the double-sided film is generally controlled at about 50 °C;
(2) It is best not to use calendered film for double-sided film products because of too much plasticizer;
(3) The pull-out force of the double-sided laminating paper-out part should be larger than that of the single-sided laminating film, otherwise air bubbles will be easily generated;
(4) Both sides of the plastic film on both sides of the film should be adjusted at any time, and must not be skewed;
(5) The temperature of the double-sided laminating process is low, and the fastness and gloss of the laminating products should be checked frequently.
