PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company Fushun Ethylene Corp. recently developed RC090, a new product for Polypropylene Cast Film (CPP) special materials, and recently carried out industrial trial production in the polypropylene workshop. All indicators met the requirements and a total of CPP production was produced. RC090 product 1340 tons.

CPP is a non-stretch, non-oriented cast film produced by melt casting quenching, with high transparency, good stiffness, low heat sealing temperature, heat resistance, moisture resistance, good barrier properties, printing and compounding Strong, smooth surface, resistant to cooking and many other advantages. Compared to blown film (IPP), CPP has a high production speed, high yield, good film transparency, gloss, thickness uniformity, and excellent balance of isotropic properties. Compared with BOPP film, CPP has the advantages of simple processing equipment and low cost per unit area.

Because it is a flat-squeeze film, its subsequent processing such as printing, compounding and other processing is extremely convenient, so CPP has become an indispensable product in the packaging industry. At present, this kind of product mainly relies on imports, domestic materials are very few, the price of imported CPP special materials is about 30 US dollars higher than the price of general-purpose T30S, domestic CPP special materials are more than 200 yuan higher than general materials.
