Preparation of Ultra-light OPP Films by Micro-cracks

The current popular physical foaming process can reduce the density of BOPP film to O.5 g/cm3 or 0.6 g/cm3. According to reports, the latest technological development (Triaxcell) process can reduce the density of plastic film products to 0.3 g/cm3, or even 0.2 g/cm3. The Triaxcell process was successfully developed by Conenor Technology Development and Certification GmbH (Tampere, Finland). The products processed by this process are mainly frozen food packaging films and adhesive label films.
The Triaxcell process mainly reduces the temperature of the die. About 300 F from the crystallization point of PP, tiny cracks are generated in the melt. The film is oriented longitudinally in the tensile direction of its cracks. The mesh-like membrane is then placed into a small tank where the compressed air is forced into the mold cavity, and the film is stretched in the transverse direction through a circular stretcher designed by Conenor. The extension device mainly uses a continuous belt clamping mechanism for transferring loads. The mesh film is then pulled through the annealing roll and wound up after trimming. Conenor has a laboratory-scale production facility for product development. It is looking for machinery manufacturing partners and plans to develop and bring to the market process equipment that is applied to actual production applications.

Cabinet And Hutch Dining Hutch

A dining hutch typically consists of two main components: a lower cabinet and an upper hutch. The lower cabinet is a sturdy piece of furniture with drawers, shelves, and/or cabinets, providing ample storage space for dining essentials such as dishes, glassware, linens, and serving utensils. The upper hutch is a display area with glass-fronted cabinets or open shelves, allowing you to showcase decorative items, fine china, or other cherished pieces.

The lower cabinet of the dining hutch offers various storage options to accommodate different dining-related items. It may include drawers for storing silverware, linens, or smaller items, while shelves or cabinets can hold larger serving bowls, platters, or glassware. Some cabinets may also feature wine racks or built-in stemware holders.

The upper hutch of the dining hutch serves as a display area for decorative items or cherished collections. The glass-fronted cabinets or open shelves allow you to showcase your favorite pieces while keeping them protected. The top surface of the hutch provides a convenient space for serving food or setting up a buffet-style meal during gatherings or special occasions.
