US Dispensing Container Company Produces New Two-piece Tinplate Cans

The United States Dispensing Container Company has recently started production of new two-piece tin cans. Its specifications are 202 x 509, 202 x 700, all handled by standard aerosol hoods. Compared with the traditional three-piece tin cans, the two-piece tinplate cans are thin and have no seams at the bottom. The quality is 40% lighter. Two-piece tin cans rely on internal pressure to maintain rigidity. In addition to a thick layer of tinplate coating, the new cans also have one or two layers of hard-hardened varnish to ensure container compatibility, while the outside is coated with a single lithium powder layer for rust release purposes.
