1 During the test, the microscope should be placed slightly on the front of the table, and the mirror should be about 6~7cm away from the table.

2 Turn on the light source switch and adjust the light intensity to the appropriate size.

3 Turn the animal mirror converter so that the low power lens is facing the light through hole on the stage. First adjust the lens to about 1~2cm from the stage, then use the left eye to inject the eyepiece, then adjust the height of the concentrator, adjust the aperture stop to the maximum, and let the light enter the lens barrel through the concentrator. At this time, the line of sight is bright.

4 Place the slide to be inspected on the stage so that the portion of the slide that is inspected is in the center of the light-passing hole, and then slide the slide with the specimen holder.

5 First inspect with a low power microscope (objective 10X, eyepiece 10x). Before the inspection, turn the coarse-motion focusing handwheel to raise the stage, and the objective lens gradually approaches the slide. It is important to note that the objective lens cannot be used to prevent the lens from crushing the slide. Then, the left eye is in the eyepiece, and the right eye is not closed (to develop the habit of inspecting the eyes with a microscope, so that the drawing can be viewed with the right eye while inspecting), and turning the coarse-focusing hand wheel to make The stage is gradually falling, and a magnified image of the material in the slide can be seen shortly.

6 If the object image seen in the line of sight does not meet the test requirements (the object image deviates from the line of sight), the stage moving handle can be adjusted gradually. When adjusting, it should be noted that the direction in which the slide moves is exactly opposite to the direction in which the object image seen in the line of sight moves. If the object image is not clear, you can adjust the jog focus wheel until the object is clear.

7 If further high-intensity objective inspection is used, the part of the object image that needs to be enlarged and inspected should be moved to the center of the line of sight before the high-magnification objective lens is converted (the image size in the line of sight is reduced a lot when the low-magnification objective lens is converted into a high-power objective lens) . Microscopes with normal functions, low magnification objectives and high magnification objectives are in focus,

When inspecting with a low magnification objective lens, the object should be visible when the high magnification objective lens is changed, but the image is not surely clear, and the micro-focusing hand wheel can be rotated for adjustment.

8 After converting the high magnification objective and seeing the image, you can adjust the size of the aperture stop or the height of the concentrator to make the light meet the requirements. (When the low magnification objective is replaced by a high magnification objective, the line of sight will change slightly. Darker, so you need to adjust the intensity of the light).

9 After the inspection is completed, the objective lens should be removed from the light-passing hole, and then the aperture stop should be adjusted to the maximum, then the stage should be gradually lowered, and the parts should be inspected for damage (special attention should be paid to see if the objective is stained with water). Oil, such as water or oil, should be cleaned with lens paper)
