3 According to the line marking, the artificial turf will be laid according to the paving plan. According to the long side of the playground, the joints will be connected from one side to the other. In the process of connecting the seams, we must pay attention to the positive and negative conditions of the connecting belt. In the process of coating, it must be evenly painted and then bonded. The adhesive joints are allowed to have a gap of 1-2 mm. If the range is too large, obvious seam marks will appear. After the paving is completed, it is necessary to check whether the joint areas are firm and the joints are flat. If there are any problems, they should be repaired in time.
(3), filled with quartz sand and rubber particles
The first layer is filled with quartz sand. The 50mm artificial turf has a sand filling capacity of about 25 kg/m2 and a sand diameter of 0.4-0.8 mm. The speed of the sand filling machine and the amount of sand filling should be uniform, and the quartz sand and the site should be kept dry to make the sand filling smooth.
The second layer is filled with rubber particles, the amount of rubberized particles is 8 kg/m2, and the diameter of the rubber particles is 0.6-1.5 mm. After the filling of the rubberized particles, it is necessary to check whether it is flat and sufficient, and the insufficient amount needs to be added, and the excess is removed. Brush back and forth with a brush to ensure uniform sand filling, smooth surface, sand filling and rubber content should be at the height of the grass, in order to enhance the comfort of the surface, maintain a natural green appearance, and make the friction of falling and sliding minimize.
