In the case of a corrugated box printer, if a sun wheel box feeding system is used, if there is noise from the wheel box, the bearing of the wheel box cam disk may be broken, which is a mechanical failure and must be repaired in time. The sound of other units mainly comes from the contact between the notched knife's chamfering knife and the bottom knife holder.

Touch: When there is a vibration phenomenon during operation, you can touch the machine with your hand to feel which unit has abnormal vibration. Firstly, the clearance between the die-cutting and the slotting knife is increased. If the vibration is abnormal and the speed is not uniform, it may be an electrical problem. Generally appear in the DC drive DC motor drive as a host. If the tachometer generator or the host encoder is damaged, the vibration caused by the non-uniform speed will occur. In this case, the host belt can be removed and the host motor can be independently rotated. If the speed of motor vibration is not uniform, it is a malfunction of the DC motor system. The inspection method adopted in the case of an abnormality in each power transmission section is simply to remove the load and test the power motor alone and measure whether the load current of the motor is below the rated current of the motor. This makes it easy to test the cause of the mechanical load and to check other parts, such as bearings. You can also intuitively feel the temperature of the motor is normal. If the motor temperature is normal when there is no load, check the load portion.

Exclusion method: If some function of the machine is abnormal, determine the cause of the failure through the elimination method. First determine where the executive component of the function is, and what components are involved. There are mainly electrical and mechanical execution components. Check whether the electrical actuator is normal and then determine if it is a mechanical cause. The electric actuators are mainly executed through the output points, contactors, and solenoid valves of the PLC. The mechanical actuators are cylinders, anilox rollers, rubber rollers, printing rollers, slotted knives, and clutches. If a function is abnormal, first check the PLC output point related to this function, and then check the contactor and solenoid valve driven by the output point and check it step by step. If the electrical actuator inspection is normal, it is a related mechanical element problem. If there is no output display of the PLC output point related to this function, then analyze the relevant conditions of the output. Such as limit switch, off switch protection element inspection. For example, if a certain printing unit is suddenly out of ink, in this case, check and print the ink-related elements first: ink pump, anilox roller ink cylinder, anilox roller and anilox roller clutch.

For example, the host can not start, first check whether the system has an alarm display, analysis of the host can not start the relevant components and circuits, is the PLC hardware is broken, or power supply problems, or network circuit problems, and then check the safety circuit, step by step rule out, and finally quickly determine malfunction.
