The use of hot stamping machine matters needing attention

Note on using hot stamping machine:

1. The small hot stamping machine must select the appropriate hot stamping foil according to the different types of objects to be heated. Hot stamping must master the three-way cooperation of temperature, pressure, and hot stamping speed, and differ according to the different stamping materials and hot stamping areas.

2. When cutting, you should master the speed and direction of the turning tool.

3. Electro-aluminum hot-stamping foil should use paper, ink (especially black ink), kerosene, and compound glue with suitable properties. The stamping parts must be kept dry so as to avoid oxidation or damage of the hot-stamping layer.

4. The general packaging is: 64CM × 120M a roll, a box of 10 rolls; customizable width of 64CM, a length of 120M or 360m large rolls or other special specifications.

5. Store it in an upright position, prevent pressure, moisture, heat, sun, and put it in a cool, ventilated place.
