Second, the selection

1. The hand-held aluminum foil sealing machine is easy to operate and has good sealing effect, but the output is not high, about 30 bottles per minute are sealed, and the labor intensity of the workers is large. Suitable for users of small batch production.

There are two types of products: manual trigger heating and automatic trigger heating.

Manual triggering: The bottle is placed under the sensor head and the machine starts working after the button is pressed to complete the seal. The absence of aluminum foil inside the bottle cannot be detected by the operator, resulting in poor product flow out of the factory.

Automatic triggering: The bottle is placed under the sensor head and the machine automatically detects it. If there is aluminum foil, it will automatically trigger the work and complete the sealing. If there is no aluminum foil, it will not work, effectively preventing the defective products from leaving the factory.

2. For customers who have a certain amount of production and have not used the production line, the desktop continuous aluminum foil sealing machine is a good choice. The operation is simple, the sealing effect is good, about 150 bottles are sealed every minute, and the labor intensity of workers is greatly relieved.

3. The on-line aluminum foil sealing machine is suitable for the production line. No manual operation is required after commissioning, completely liberating people from the production line, and the output is high.

Third, select the sealing range

The range of machine seals of different manufacturers is not the same, and the scope of the response seal should be selected according to the actual situation of their products.

Fourth, select the power

When buying an aluminum foil sealer, the choice of power is crucial. The power selection is small, the sealing speed is slow, and the sealing is not secure; the power is selected too much and the seal is not problematic, but the large horse-drawn carts cause waste of resources and money.

The output power and heating time are two necessary conditions to complete the aluminum foil seal, and the two complement each other. That is, the required heating time is short when the output power is large, and the heating time is long when the output power is small.

(Another: the sealing of tablets, granules, etc. requires less power, while the sealing of liquids requires higher power.)

Fifth, cooling method

1. Air-cooled type: The air-cooled sealing machine uses a fan to dissipate heat, has few external components, is inexpensive, and is easy to operate and maintain.

2, water-cooled type: water-cooled sealing machine cooling water through the pump to circulate cooling water, cooling water must be regularly added or replaced. When using it in winter in the north, care must be taken to prevent the cooling water from freezing. Water cooler induction coils are usually made of copper tubes with low internal resistance and can achieve higher efficiency with the same external power drive.

Sixth, power device analysis

1. Electron tube sealing machine: Due to the disadvantages of large volume, high power consumption, short life span, and warm-up required for starting, it has basically been replaced by transistors.

However, the electron tube has a strong load capacity, and its linear performance is better than that of a transistor. At present, there are still a few manufacturers in production.

2, transistor sealing machine: small size, low power consumption, long life, the boot can work, easy maintenance.

The difference between domestic and imported machines

1. Imported machine: beautiful appearance, reasonable design, exquisite materials, low failure rate. However, the price is high and maintenance is inconvenient.

2. Domestic machines: After years of development, the domestically-made sealing machines have become more mature, the gap between performance and imported machines is not large, the price is reasonable, and maintenance is convenient and timely.

Eight, after-sales service

1, the warranty period is now fierce market competition, some small factories or workshops can only rely on the price to hit the market, cut corners, the warranty period is generally three months, basically no more than six months. Therefore, it is best to choose a strong, reputable company to buy.

2. The price of spare parts during the warranty period is generally free of charge (except for those caused by abnormal use), but the warranty period is different. Some factories rely on low-priced machines to provide high-priced services to make profits. Therefore, before you buy a device, you must understand it clearly.
