DICAR equalizer

Automated packaging production lines have increasingly stringent dimensional accuracy requirements for carton boxes. The DICAR equalizer presented at the 2005 China International Corrugated Exhibition provided an excellent solution. The equalizer is sleeved on the bearing sleeve, no matter how the diameter of the bottom rubber pad changes, because the bearing can slide freely on the bottom roller, so that the surface speed of the bottom rubber pad is completely controlled by the cutter die, so that the die-cut carton and cutter die The shape is exactly the same.

The major progress made by the equalizer in controlling the size of the carton is that it does not require operator involvement and does not require the operator to periodically adjust the drum speed, but instead is automatically adjusted by the equalizer. Based on this, when running more than one plate or multiple sets of molds, there will be no end to end.

Because the linear speeds of the upper and lower rollers are completely the same, the tension applied to the bottom pad is reduced, so that the life of the bottom pad is prolonged. In addition, the diameter of the die and the diameter of the bottom pad do not have to be the same, so that the cut-in point of each roller knife is uniformly moved on the bottom pad, that is, each time does not fall on the same point, the wear of the bottom pad is very average, and the service life is longer. Its practical application proves that the life of the bottom pad on the equalizer can be extended by more than 30%. The replacement of the DICAR equalizer bottom pad is very convenient and takes only 5 minutes, which saves considerable downtime.
