ABC Unveils New Case Packer

ABC introduced a new type of boxing machine, which can be used to directly complete carton surface printing on a high-speed production line. The customer can complete the printing of information such as the company's trademark, product batch number, and product description on the production line.

This new type of equipment has good adaptability. When the packing is completed, the relevant patterns and characters appear in all parts of the carton at the same time, such as the top, sides, corners or ends. Packaging manufacturers no longer need to purchase multicolor print heads, carton rotation and positioning equipment, which are not only expensive but also affect the speed of the production line. This machine can realize the double-side code of the carton and add the transport signs on both ends of the package and the carton. That is, one print head can be used to complete the double-sided printing of the carton, or two print heads can be used to complete the four-sided printing.

If the carton is clean and flat, the best print definition can be obtained. The printing control system can be installed next to the carton control board, making it easy to change carton specifications or switch print data. 35 boxes of packaging can be completed per minute, and the specific speed is related to the content and effect of the printed image.
