Germany tries to promote the reuse of plastic packaging materials

German plastic recycling companies have tried to promote the reuse of plastic packaging materials abandoned by families and small businesses. The company collects plastic packaging materials through yellow trash cans and yellow garbage bags, and sends the collected plastic packages to the sorting equipment according to the fractions of the materials. There are two ways to recycle. One is to remelt or reconstruct the old plastic to produce recycled pellets or pre-cooked parts that can produce pallets, anti-noise materials or fences. The second is to decompose the old plastic into chemical components and then obtain raw materials such as synthetic oil or methanol. The goal of Germany's plastic recycling company is to reduce subsidies for the recycling of old plastic packaging and to make it possible to use only the proceeds from the sale of finished products to fund production costs. The German Krone company developed a successful high-quality PET bottle recycling system. Its annual processing capacity can reach 15,000 tons of PET beverage bottles. After adding PET raw materials, other PET containers can be directly produced, the production cost is greatly reduced, and the environmental benefits are significant. The PET bottle recycling system utilizes a chemical coating removal technology to remove caustic contaminants from PET bottles by using caustic soda as a chemical coating remover to recycle any type of PET bottle. The recycled products processed by this technology can not only be mixed directly to produce preforms. At the same time, recycled products can meet the purity and quality requirements due to the low content of acetaldehyde and yellow pigments, and are particularly suitable for products in the food and beverage industry. Packaging, the cost is also lower than the general new material 20% to 30%. The technology can be widely used for the recycling of non-recycled bottles, reusable bottles that are no longer used, and beverage bottles between the two.
