The basic features of the closed scraper system

The disadvantage of this system is that the closed blade has a small contact angle and a small degree of pressure freedom, and has a high requirement for the uniformity of the ink scraping. Scraper and seal installation

1. Cutting scraper

     Regardless of the type of squeegee used, carefully inspect the squeegee blades for small burrs. Small gaps or other defects, and the knife blade must be clean. Be sure to wear protective gloves and protective glasses when cutting the squeegee. Use special cutting tools to ensure that the trim is straight and tidy. More importantly, it is necessary to ensure that the length of the scraper after cutting is appropriate.

2. Install new blade

Loosen the fixing screw on the tool holder, remove the old doctor blade from the tool holder and the ink chamber, use a soft cloth, apply a proper amount of special cleaning agent or hot water, and gently wipe the ink or varnish remaining in the tool holder to install the new one. Make sure that the length of the scraper is correct, and then tighten the tool holder.

3. Install the sealing strip

Different material sealing strips have different sealing properties. When cutting the sealing strip, it is necessary to ensure the dimensional accuracy. Even a 1/4-inch deviation will affect the sealing performance. Therefore, it must be ensured that the sealing strip and the sealing type are used. Scraper system matches.
