Blowing/filling/sealing technology

Rommelag is a bottelpack aseptic packaging equipment for blowing/filling/sealing purposes. It is designed for the production of multi-dose LDPE containers and the closure is made of KME. The bottelpack21M model can process 15 LDPE containers per production cycle, and the filling press uses a constant pressure dosing system. The ampoule is screwed after it is completely sealed, and finally it is sealed with a KME cover. The device can use 5 ml, 10 ml, 15 ml molds and can process up to 4,250 multi-dose containers per hour. The perforating tool is responsible for separating the multiple dose containers individually, thereby simplifying the subsequent capping, labeling, and packaging operations. Constant pressure dose container filling eliminates the need for moving parts and produces more precisely. The diaphragm valve controls the entire filling process by opening and closing. When the equipment clean room fills 100 levels, it ensures maximum safety. The entire production process of the equipment can be clearly displayed not only on the color screen, but also stored and printed. The biggest feature of bottelpack lies in the ROVIS electronic document management system, which displays all equipment, operations, parts and maintenance documents, including error analysis and other functions.
