Energy-saving instant food cooling system has been successfully developed

China Chenguang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in Taiwan recently launched an energy-saving instant food cooling system that is suitable for cooling of various fluid substances such as viscous foods and granular foods.
The general manager of the company said that using a conventional traditional cooling system, after food is cooked, it is directly sent to the freezer to cool down. This not only slows down the temperature, consumes a lot of energy and electricity, and it is easier for the food to breed bacteria during the cooling process, which is detrimental to deliciousness.
The newly-developed instant cooling device utilizes heat conduction rods made of stainless steel to not only cool down quickly, but also to recycle heat energy.
The price of the new system is only 1/3 of that of conventional conventional cooling equipment, and it does not harm the fresh and delicious food. Long-term use can save about 98% of the cost compared with the traditional vacuum cooling system.
The new system takes a 100 kilograms of fluid food from about 100 degrees Celsius to about 40 minutes at room temperature, compared to 9 to 12 hours for conventional cooling systems.
