Landau manufactures environmentally friendly fine chemicals

Researchers at the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Lanzhou University used black lignin in papermaking wastewater (black liquor) to produce a black powder. The black powder with photocatalytic activity was put into the dye solution and the dye solution gradually faded under natural light. After a few minutes, the fade rate can reach more than 90%.
The functional materials produced by chemical conversion of chemical raw materials from papermaking wastewater are expected to be reused for wastewater treatment.
Relevant experts pointed out that the application of wood adhesives will be very extensive. It is of great significance for increasing wood utilization rate and promoting comprehensive utilization of wood. The use of papermaking wastewater (black liquor) instead of some chemical raw materials made of wood adhesive is environmentally friendly, and has a good development prospects.
