Recently, the company invested in the construction of a new production line - non-PVC large infusion film, bag production line put into trial production.
The total investment for the production line is 30 million yuan, and the construction area is more than 1800 square meters. The entire production environment has reached 10,000 grades and the locality has reached 100 grades. The main equipment includes three-layer co-extrusion blown film machine, inner and outer cover injection molding machine, orifice injection molding machine, bag mouth combination machine, slitting machine, etc. All technical equipments are imported from Japan. The annual production capacity of the production line is 7.3 million square meters of infusion film, 22 million bags and mouth.
Since the project started last year, after the efforts of all personnel, installation of equipment began in February of this year. In April, equipment commissioning was completed and trial production was put into operation. The tested products fully comply with the parameters provided by Japan.
