Vodka: Transparent Blue PET Bottle

White Rock Winery recently introduced 1.75 LPinnacle vodka in a transparent blue PET bottle, produced by Amcor PET Packaging. Initially, the 1.75-litre wine introduced by the W hiteRock Distillery was imported from Italy. The bottles were first shipped to a factory in Montreal, Canada, with a powder coating for a distinctively transparent blue effect. , And then shipped to the United States for filling.

The long supply chain keeps the breakage rate of glass bottles high, and the glass bottles purchased from Europe and the packaging of their decoration are also very expensive. Amcor PET Packaging therefore designed a PET bottle that closely resembles the glass bottle in appearance to replace the glass bottle. It not only effectively displays the Pinnacle brand's unique image, but also significantly reduces costs.

This new PET bottle has several unique design elements. It tapers from the shoulder to the bottom and has a supporting base at the bottom, which is higher than the other commercial 1.75L PET bottles. At the same time, design and manufacturing parameters have also been adjusted to achieve the desired geometric effect. There are also special requirements for color, the color of the bottle is slightly different from that of the previous glass bottle, and a little blue color is added.
