Gillette launches new packaging
Crown Holding Corporation is a world-leading supplier of packaging products and is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On April 19, 2006, Crown announced that Gillette had used a specially-shaped aerosol container produced by Gillette as a packaging for Gillette Mach3Turbo and other series of shaving cleansing gel products.
World Cup Memorial Package
Gillette is the official sponsor of the German Football World Cup this summer. This 200 ml (about 6.7 oz) limited edition aerosol can package was launched to commemorate this World Cup. This package is full of football elements, and the can body is printed with a hexagonal pattern of classic football. The shape of the jar makes people feel comfortable, easy to grasp, and is conducive to dispensing products. The creative shape design emphasizes Gillette’s love of football, and many of Gillette's current and potential customers are fanatical football enthusiasts.

Made with unique processing technology
Crown's proprietary blow molding process technology has created Gillette's unique packaging design. The manufacturing process is such that the blank is put into a precisely designed mold to produce a general shape, and then the rough molded can is blow molded using high-pressure air to expand it and finally blown into a shape according to the shape of the mold. This uniquely designed package.
