2. Focus on profit – In the past, the strategy of expanding competition to compete with peers was to increase turnover; in the future, it should be transformed into how to maintain the surplus.

3. Focus on Digital Networking - The printing industry is multi-media, and the introduction of IT creates many new business opportunities that will become an effective tool for existing business innovation.

In order to achieve the above objectives, the following three specific strategies are proposed:

1. The IT Revolution has assimilated print media and electronic media, through the Internet, and involved in the management of e-commerce and supply chain. The introduction of digital management, the establishment of an open digital workflow for internal applications, but also for the cultivation of social resources.

2. Create high added value and use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to clearly provide services to customers. Turn the business into a new business that provides advice to clients and consultants provide consulting services.

3. In order to be a company that is supported by the market and its customers, it is the most important for the customer's business delegation. At the same time, it should pay more attention to environmental protection and enhance social responsibility.
