One, uv light oil winter and summer two different formulations

1. When using, attention should be paid to distinguish between season and weather temperature changes, and select the applicable varnish. Formulations in winter have lower solids content than those in summer in order to increase the smoothness of varnish when temperatures are low in winter; in summer, temperatures are higher and solids are increased in order to increase the curing rate of uv.

2. If the winter formula is used in the summer, the uv oil will not be completely cured, and the anti-sticking phenomenon will easily occur. If the summer formula is used in the winter, the uv oil will have poor smoothness and cause blistering and orange peel.

Second, uv light oil should be fully stirred before use

Uv light oil is made up of many kinds of chemical raw materials. After not being used for a long time, some chemical raw materials in the light oil in the barrels will be separated. Stir well before use.

Third, to avoid not completely dry and anti-stick method

1. The speed of the light curing machine is adjusted so as not to affect the slowest speed of production.

2. Select two *5.6kw light curing machines with a normal speed of 30m/min.

3. UV lamps that cannot have a service life (national standard: 800h~1000h, domestic lamps about 500h).

4.uv lamps and lampshades should be wiped once a month with alcohol to prevent dust from affecting the curing effect.

5. After the product has passed the uv curing machine, it cannot be stacked immediately. Divide it into 5-10 sheets and put it on the rack for 15 minutes before cooling.

6. For dark blue, black, and special substrates, use a quick-drying uv varnish or turn down the speed.

Fourth, how to detect uv matte film is completely dry and avoid anti-adhesion phenomenon

Uv matte film is made from low melting point resin. In the hot summer, if it fails to completely dry the side is easy to stick. First of all, the UV drying process is divided into dry and deep dry, so it is impossible to rely on the hand mold. At present, there are no established methods for detecting drying in the industry, but the following three methods can be provided according to experience:

1. Use a dry index finger to press hard on the surface of the dried uv light oil for 5 seconds to release the sticky hand to complete drying.

2. Fold a few finished products with a force of 50kg to 100kg for 2-3 hours.

3. Use talcum powder to wipe the surface.
