1. Recommended channels and recognition places
The Board of Directors of the China Paper Association and the paper-making associations of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) recommended the candidates for the “China Paper Cai Lun Lifetime Achievement Award†according to the “Recognition Methodâ€, and filled out the “Nominations for the Chinese Paper Cai Lun Life Achievement Award Nomination†and “China Papermaking Cai Lun Lifelong†Achievement Award Recommendation Form.
