At present, there are many types of domestic smoke machine equipment, and the speed, structure, performance, and requirements for the film are not the same. The film packaging methods are also different, but the film packaging process of cigarettes is the same: The film cuts a sheet of film to transport a packet of long-edge folds, heat seals a top, bottom folds, and heat seals a transport strip. For the film of the same quality, the final film packaging quality of the cigarette pack depends mainly on the wear condition of the mechanical parts of the hood and the mechanical adjustment (even slight differences). In addition, the pack case (especially soft packs, including smoke) The filling rate of the support relative to the box skin) will also have a great influence on the packaging effect of the film and the speed of the packaging machine.

Differences in packaging that may be caused by common smoke machine tuning differences:

The blunt or position adjustment of 1U open knife or lower film cutter is inaccurate.

Occasional poor folding (mainly due to misalignment caused by film drift), severe film clogging in the cutting device or the emergence of empty bags and continuous bags.

2 Deviation of the lower film device (such as YB machine's paper guide, SASIB concave plate angle or pressure deviation, CD machine's nip roller pressure, FOCKER machine's suction belt pressure deviation).

Cigarette bundles were misaligned, resulting in folded pleats, or blocked paper channels and broken bags.

Technical treatment of common defects in cigarette packs

1Folding is bad, the cigarette pack is loose horizontally and horizontally, and even partially pulled out the bag:

A, replace the sharper U-shaped open knife or film cutting knife, adjust the relative position of moving and static knife.

It mainly refers to the contact pressure when the two knives are sheared when the film is cut. The adjustment range is very small. The adjustment is based on observing the evenness of the cut surface of the film and judging the sound when the two blades are in contact. The pressure is too big for the knife to be blunt; the pressure is too low for the film to be completely cut off.

B. Exclude the failure of the auxiliary film device and adjust the relevant components.

SASIB machine concave angle or pressure deviation, CD machine feed roll pressure, FOCK-ER machine suction belt pressure deviation may cause the single film after cutting off or jam; the relative position of the bridge and the forming groove , It should be ensured that the film is wrapped around the middle of the forming tank when it is wrapped around the wheel.

C, adjust the forming slot clearance (including the cigarette bag relative to the arc plate gap).

The size of the intermittent wheel forming groove can be adjusted and not adjustable. For the non-adjustable intermittent wheel, the gap caused by mechanical wear is too large, resulting in excessive redundancy of the film packaging and the occurrence of cigarette pack looseness. Generally, the filling method is adopted. Adjust the gap; the gap of the curved plate with respect to the long side of the cigarette packet is large, and the cigarette bag film will loosen laterally, and if it is small, it will cause smoking. In addition, because the curved plate is generally made of copper material, mechanical contact, extrusion, and wear may cause deformation. The device must be adjusted after running for a period of time. It is also useful to add external force to fix it.

D. Adjust the position of the folder (including the final position of the long edge folder), or improve the contact surface of the folder.

The cigarette pack top and bottom folder are modular devices and the position adjustment is easier. The long cantilever has a long cantilever, and it has large mechanical fluctuations during high-speed operation. In addition to accurately adjusting the top and bottom stroke apex and the contact position and pressure with the long side of the cigarette pack, it is mainly required to change the film with the long side of the cigarette pack. E. The static electricity of the film is not eliminated. Check the working condition of the static eliminator or replace the film. With the improvement of anti-static masterbatch and film processing and storage technologies, the anti-static properties of smoke films generally meet the requirements of high-speed packaging, often due to the long-term effective cleaning of the arc generator pin. , lose the effect of eliminating static electricity from the film. Therefore, when it is felt that the static electricity of the thin film is large, in addition to checking whether the output voltage of the high voltage generator is normal, the row pin should also be cleaned.

F, the coefficient of dynamic friction of the film is large (poor high temperature smoothness), change the film.

G. Improve the molding quality of cigarette packs.

Due to the influence of the material, indentation and molding module box of the cigarette pack case, there will be differences in the regularity of forming the cigarette pack box skin, especially if the width, thickness direction of the shave is too large, which often leads to uneven film packaging, cigarette packs The wrinkles near the pull line below the clamshell and the large loose wrinkles at the bottom.

Note: Occasionally intermittent breakage occurs on high-speed machines. Consider the bluntness of the tool. Observe by the situation of the fracture near both sides of the cable.

2, cigarette packs are not firmly sealed:

A, adjust the temperature or clean the iron surface.

The heat-sealing fastness of cigarette film is generally 2.0N/15mm or more, which can basically meet the requirements of tobacco packaging. For BOPP cigarette film, the actual heat-sealing fastness of cigarette machine during high-speed packaging process is lower than the index of tobacco film. Some, due to different models, different equipment conditions, the general practical use temperature should be between 118-145 ~ (2, some models show that the temperature far exceeds the actual temperature of the iron, infrared thermometer should be used to determine the actual The temperature shall prevail.After long-term use of the heat-sealing iron, various polymers will remain on the surface, affecting the actual heat-sealing temperature and heat-conducting effect, and must be cleaned regularly.

B. Adjust the position of the iron (relative to the spatial position of the hot surface).

In the case of certain temperature and time, the actual heat sealing effect depends mainly on the three-dimensional position of the soldering iron in contact with the cigarette packet. Generally, the long edge of the cigarette packet is located within one-third of the side of the thickness of the cigarette packet, thus the soldering iron The convex surface should be slightly biased towards the film side of the film, and at the same time, adjust the relative position of the iron surface and the cigarette bag that needs thermal cover to ensure the best contact point and the pressure size and uniformity.

C. Adjust the coordination of the ironing action and the pushing action.

The lead or lag of the soldering iron action will lead to the shortening of the heat sealing contact time under the actual pressure state. When the high speed packaging, the contact time of the single hot cover of the cigarette pack is less than 0.1S, due to the inconsistency between the action of the soldering iron and the pushing action of the package, the film The heat-sealing time is less than that preset by the machine. Therefore, the coordination of the soldering iron and the push-pull motion must be adjusted so as to achieve the longest film heat-sealing time at the corresponding vehicle speed.
