Environmentally-friendly benzene-free inks available

For a long time, the printing inks on the surface of composite packaging bags in our country mostly use benzene-soluble gravure composite plastic film inks. Due to the large amount of toluene release or residue, it will cause some potential harm to the environment and production, as well as to human health. To this end, research and development at home and abroad are using non-benzene-soluble composite plastic film inks. However, because the ink is mainly based on polyurethane or PVB resin, and ethanol is the main solvent, the cost is too high, the application scope is narrow, and the promotion and use are limited. The new generation of non-alcohol-soluble green ink is alcohol-soluble nitrocellulose and other advanced resins and non-toxic pigments, anhydrous ethanol mixture, mainly used for high-speed gravure printing.
