Second, single-sided machine and corrugated board production line

The single-sided machine is a mechanical device that makes corrugated paper into a corrugated corrugated paper and applies adhesive on the top of the corrugated paper, and then directly adheres it to the noodle paper and pastes it through heating to produce a single-faced corrugated paperboard meeting quality requirements. . Its production process (Figure 4) has been marked. The equipment is mainly composed of a base paper frame, a corrugating roller, a pressure roller, a preheating roller, a gluing system, a storage glue and circulation system, a heating system, a pneumatic component, and a slitting part. The following sections briefly describe the functions of each section:

1, the original paper holder

The paper holder used by the single-sided machine is relatively simple. It is mainly used to move the machine up and down, manually adjust the tension of the web, and has a certain carrying capacity. It is also called a shaft support (see Figure 10).

2, corrugated roller

The corrugated base paper is pressed into corrugated corrugated paper by a combination of upper and lower corrugating rollers. Corrugated roller with the pressure (gap), parallelism, the appropriate height is the corrugated roller working important technical indicators.

3, pressure roller

The face paper and the corrugated corrugated paper were applied to a pressure (0.4-0.5 MPa) to firmly fit together to form a single-faced corrugated file.

4, preheat roll

In order to ensure that the corrugated corrugations have a good shape and good adhesion of the single-faced corrugated paper, a preheating roll is used to dry the roll paper to maintain a certain moisture content.

5, glue system

The main function is to apply a uniform layer of film on the peak surface of the pressed waveform tile. The system consists of a rubberizing roller, a glue tank, a scraping roller and a glue circulation device. The workability of the gluing system directly affects the adhesive strength of the corrugated cardboard. In order to ensure the uniformity of the coated film during the operation of the equipment, the gap between the squeegee and the squeegee is required to be 0.3-0.45mm.

6, heating system

It mainly heats corrugated roll, pressure roll, preheat roll and other components. Current heating methods include steam heating, liquefied gas heating, oil heating, and electric heating. Regardless of the heating method, the surface temperature is required to be maintained at about 170°C. When steam is used to heat the tear, a good siphon device must be provided in consideration of the fact that the condensation water is stored in the container and the thermal efficiency is lowered and the surface temperature is not uniform. The distance between the suction opening of the siphon device and the inner wall of the corrugating roller shall not be greater than 0.8mm and shall not be less than 0.3mm at the same time so as to facilitate the timely discharge of condensed water.


7, pneumatic device

Some single-sided machines use right-hand devices in the adjustment of corrugating rollers and pressure rollers, and are prone to unnecessary wear caused by improper adjustment of the equipment in the right to use, or the quality of single-sided corrugated cardboard. The pneumatic line is used for the adjustment of the corrugating roller and pressure roller gap on the single-sided machine of the automatic line. In order to ensure that the pneumatic device system is always working in a good condition, it is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the air compressor, to ensure that the working pressure of the pneumatic components is 0.4MPa, and to ensure the quality of the sealing materials in the pneumatic components.

8. Paper guide and vacuum adsorption device

The core components of a single-sided machine are upper and lower corrugating rollers. In the foregoing we have already mentioned that the parallelism of the upper and lower corrugating rollers and the pressure roller and the reasonable clearance between them are very important. In addition, because the corrugating base paper passes through the corrugating roller, the corrugated base paper is taken out of the corrugating roller due to the centrifugal action of the high-speed operation of the corrugating roller. To make the corrugated paper not to be thrown off, and to maintain a good fit state with the corrugating roll, the vacuum suction device of the paper guide is to be completed.

At present, most corrugated paperboards are paperboards that allow corrugated papers to enter corrugating rolls and form wave corrugations. The installation position of the paper guide must be correct. It plays a very important role in the quality of the corrugated board. The paper guide is installed as a component on a beam, and the distance between the paper guide and the paper guide must be the same as the paper guide groove on the upper corrugating roller and the coating roller. The gap between the paper guide plate and the lower corrugating roller is 0.5 mm for Type A, 0.45 mm for Type C, and 0.4 mm for Type B. Improper gap adjustment can cause corrugated paper that has been corrugated to be squeezed and rubbed, seriously affecting the quality of corrugated cardboard, so it is necessary to make careful adjustments.

Recently, the more advanced corrugated paperboard production line made the corrugated papers applied to the lower corrugating roll devices to use the vacuum adsorption principle to completely adsorb the corrugated papers on the lower corrugating roll, so that the corrugated paper could be evenly coated and ensured the corrugation. The quality of the cardboard (see Figure XI).
