Norland's new blow molding machine makes PLA bottles

Recently, Norland International has produced a new type of blowing machine. The small size of this new type of bottle blowing machine is the first bottle blowing machine produced by Norland International.

This type of blow moulding machine is specially designed for PLA bottles. PLA is similar to PET, but semi-finished products made of PLA bottles require higher temperatures. (PLA: 100°C; PET: 75°C). At present, Norland has expanded its business operations and started to produce medium and small bottles of water. Norland uses the new and free series of blow moulders to make these two bottles at speeds of up to 4,500 bottles/hour (up to 1.5 litres in bottles). This allows Norland to save 25% to 50% of the cost of bottle purchases. .
