Amber ink will become the fourth largest ink manufacturer in the world

Recently, Hubergroup, an internationally renowned ink manufacturer headquartered in Munich, Germany, announced that the company will acquire more than 50% of the Indian Micro Ink Co., Ltd., thus the controlling shareholder of the India ink company. At present, the acquisition is still in the approval stage and is expected to be completed in January 2006. Once the acquisition is completed, Amber Group's annual turnover will reach 900 million US dollars, thus becoming the world's fourth largest manufacturer of printing inks and optical oil products.

According to Amber Group, "the current merger of enterprises is caused by the pressure of competition and the rising price of raw materials. The merger of enterprises can relieve the increasing cost pressure to a certain extent. In the long run, it will also help consolidate Amber Group's position in the market. At the same time, the acquisition of Indian ink companies will also help Amber Group expand its influence in the rapidly growing Asian market."

At present, the main sales direction of Micro Ink is in Asia and North America.
