Phenomenon: Once the counter is pressed, it only jumps once.
There is no problem in analyzing the counter itself. The problem lies in the control circuit. Check Chart found a problem between lines 38 and 39 (a time switch SQ9 between lines 38 and 39).
Solution: Check the SQ9 with a multimeter. It can't be turned off and put on a new time switch. The problem still exists. It shows that there are other short circuits between No. 38 and No. 39. It is still not possible to replace the two lines. Lastly, we checked the panel and found that the bottom line 38 and 39 were shorted. The removal of the short cable was eliminated.
Summary: The short-circuited lines must be dismantled at the end of the work in order to avoid unresolved old problems and new problems, which will cause even more trouble for the next maintenance.
