Drawing, dimensioning, and printing layouts.
This standard applies to corrugated cardboard boxes and carton manufacturing industries.
2 General rules
2.1 Drawing Format and Format
2.1.1 When drawing drawings for drawing format, the size of the web specified in Table 1 shall be used, and the length may be lengthened along the edge when necessary.
Table 1

The format number 0 1 2 3 4 B×L 841×1189 594×841 420×594 297×420 210×297 a 25

2.1.2 Frame Format

2.1.2.2 Frame lines are drawn with thick solid lines.
2.1.2.3 When binding drawings, the number 4 vertical installation is generally adopted, and the third number is transverse loading.
2.1.3 Title Bar
2.1.3.1 The position of the title bar should be configured as shown in Table 1.

2.2 Ratio
2.2.1 The proportion used when drawing the pattern is the ratio of the size of the pattern to the size of the physical object.
2.2.2 When drawing drawings, the proportions specified in Table 2 should be used.
Table 2

1:1 reduction ratio 1:2 1:2.5 1:3 1:4 1:5 1:10 ratio of 2:1 2.5:1 4:1 5:1 10:1

2.2.3 When drawing graphics, when the slot width or board thickness is less than 3mm and the slope is small, it can be exaggerated and not drawn in proportion.
2.2.4 The same proportions shall be used for drawing various views of the same carton and box, and shall be filled in the title bar. When partial enlargement or reduction is required, they must be separately marked.
2.3 font
2.3.1 The fonts written in the drawings must be: correct fonts, clear strokes, neat rows, and even intervals. Chinese characters (excluding manuscripts of printed manuscripts in Chinese characters) should be written in the form of an imitated song, and the simplified Chinese characters should be adopted.
2.3.2 The number of fonts, that is, the height of the font (in mm) is divided into 10, 7, 5, 3.5, and the width of the font is approximately two-thirds of the height. The stroke width of numbers and letters is about one tenth of the height of the font.
2.3.3 Italicized words are tilted to the right, approximately 75° from horizontal.
