4.1 Test principle

5. Test process
(1) Use a sample cutter to cut 3 specimens from the surface of the sample of aluminized composite film for pesticide packaging to be tested.
(2) Apply vacuum grease to the surfaces of the three permeation cells of the equipment, and sandwich the three pieces of the sample into the three permeation cells to ensure that there is no air bubbles between the sample and the permeation cell and the seal is good.
(3) Set the test temperature, test humidity, sample name, sample thickness, test mode and other parameter information, click the test option, the test starts, turn on the gas source, adjust the carrier gas flow rate, so that the humidity in the device reaches the set value.
(4) The device automatically performs the test according to the set parameters, and displays the test result after the test.
6. Test results
The test results of the water vapor transmission rate of the three samples were 0.37g / (m2 · 24h), 0.43g / (m2 · 24h), 0.36g / (m2 · 24h). The water vapor transmission rate of the aluminum composite membrane sample is the average value of the test results of the three samples, which is 0.39 g / (m2 · 24h).
